Sound experiment conducted in 1978, where the repetition of the same sentence leads to an exhaustion in the relationship between meaning and signifier. This piece has been included in audio art compilations and exhibitions, such as I International Ra(u)dio Art Show (Brazil, 1978-79); Vec Audio Exchange (Netherlands, 1979); Mail Music Project (Italy, 1983); New Sounds Gallery (Canada, 1986), and the Paris Biennial (1982), among others.
Paulo Bruscky (Recife, 1949). Experimental artist, has been active since the 1960s on creations ranging from conceptual propositions, performance, mail art, visual poetry, video art, happenings, sound art, intermedia projects, urban interventions, collages, artdoor, installations, xerox, fax art, artist books and land art, among other languages. In 1981, he received the Guggenheim Visual Arts Scholarship, residing for one year in New York and Amsterdam. His works are included in several permanent collections, such as: Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, France; Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), Barcelona, Spain; Museu de Arte Moderna de São Paulo (MAM-SP), São Paulo, Brazil; Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Universidade de São Paulo (MAC-USP), São Paulo, Brazil.
